Q.
What kinds of features are available through
e-Mail Services?
A. e-Mail Services
is a flexible solution that enables the CU to
use electronic mail to send notices about
important events or conditions on your account.
What products are configured
to deliver electronic mail?
There are three different types
of messages:
· Batch e-Mail messages
are sent to everyone enrolled in e-Mail
Services. These messages let you know when
periodic newsletters or monthly e-Statements are
available for viewing.
· Real-time e-Mail
messages are automatically initiated when
several real-time activities take place (such as
PIN or e-mail address changes).
· E-Lert messages can
be set up and customized by you. There are
a number of options to choose from, and they
help draw attention to specific events such as a
savings balance dropping below a minimum or a
particular check clearing.

Q.
Do I have to be enrolled in e-Branch to use
this service?
A.
Because of security concerns, it
is necessary for you to enroll in e-Branch, which is
free. Enrolling can be done any time, day or
night from the comfort of your home or office.
Or, we'll be happy to assist you at any branch or
over the phone when it's convenient for you.

Q. Can I have the notices sent to more than
one e-mail address?
A.
At this time, it is not possible
to send the same notice, alert, or statement to more
than one e-Mail address for each account. If
you have numerous accounts, you can assign a unique
e-Mail address to each one.

Q.
Can I receive both electronic and paper statements,
notices, and alerts?
A.
You can receive either paper or
electronic statements, but not both. Since you have
the choice to opt-in, you may change your preference
at any time. This option can be found on the
"Preferences" link in e-Branch.

Q. What happens if the credit union cannot
email me?
A.
If the email address we have in
the system comes back to us as "undeliverable", one
more email attempt will be made. If it fails again,
the credit union will send you a notice in the mail
letting you know your e-Statement is available. You
will then be removed from receiving electronic
statements until you fix your email address and
choose to receive electronic statements again.
This can be done on the "Preferences" page in
e-Branch.
