As a member of Community 1st, you always have the

Sharing Information
We only share information when required to do
so by the law, when required to conduct normal business (such as
for data processing or credit card transactions), with consumer
credit reporting agencies as allowed by law, or when we choose
to partner with other businesses or affiliates to offer a
broader array of products and services.
Community 1st partners only with businesses that
follow strict confidentiality requirements similar to ours. The
affiliates we select offer products designed to enhance our
members’ financial well-being. Under no circumstances do we
authorize these businesses to charge your account without your
express consent. Under no circumstances do we sell member
information to telemarketing firms. If you believe that your
privacy has been violated by one of our affiliates, you should
contact us immediately.
Community 1st offers you a choice in how your
information is used beyond the information needed for normal
business transactions. Any member may elect at any time to keep
their information from being shared with our affiliates. We will
take all reasonable steps to make sure your requests are
followed. At least once a year we will remind all members of
your right to choose.
